HISTORY

Concerned Communicator award is an initiative by Patrika Group to acknowledge the philanthropic issues. Concerned Communicator Award is one of the most awaited and prestigious social advertising awards. This award invites like minded people, working professionals and freelancers from different field and corporate houses to come forward & stand for a social cause using various medium. The concept has received appreciation across the world and the most distinguished celebrities, intellectuals, socially active role models, illustrious names, internationally renowned creative geniuses; organizations across the world have come forward whole-heartedly to associate with this award.

CCA over a Decade
CCA stands as the longest and most celebrated social advertising awards from India acknowledged at the global level.
In 2007 CCA made a fantastic start with its poster launched by two eminent personalities, Mr. N. R. Narayan Murthy, Founder and Mentor INFOSYS and internationally renowned author, Mr. Salman Rushdie. CCA 2007 received more than 4000 entries with participation from 21 countries.
11th International CCA received more than 3000 Indian entries and 85 international entries from 19 countries. The Countries that participated in 11th CCA includes Bosnia, Brazil, Croatia, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Slovania, Sri Lanka, Turkey, UAE and UK besides India.
The highlight of the event was the group discussion on “which social evil needs to be addressed on priority in India”. The Panel for the discussion included names like Mr. Sam Balsara Chairman and Managing Director Madison Media Group, Mr. Josy Paul, Mr. Bharat Dabolkar, Ms. Lynn D’Souza Chairman, Lintas Media Group and Mr. Madhukar Kamath Managing Director & CEO, Mudra Group at the award ceremony.
12th International CCA received more than 2000 Indian entries and 50 international entries from 16 countries.
The Countries that participated in 11th CCA includes Egypt, Greece, France, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Guatemala, Bulgaria, Bharain, Slovakia, Kuwait, Oman, Slovania, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and UAE besides India.
